Q: I moved to a rural area and the nearest cell reception is about 150 feet away from the house. My question is can I use a longer Coaxial cable? 

A: There is always loss in longer cable, however longer cable will work. If possible, try hoisting the antenna up higher at your house; rather than, running a longer cable. Vertical movement will help more than horizontal movement. Try using a flag pole, and obviously, try aiming different angles, degrees and directions.

Q: I live in a rural area surrounded by trees. Does the antenna need to be above the tree line? 

A: It does not have to be, even though it most likely would get you better reception if it has a clear line of site. Ideally, you would use your cell phone to measure the signal strength at ground level and on the tree. If you have a signal strength up to -95dBm at ground level, you probably don't need to climb the tree.

Q: we have a small farm and are needing to use our phones while out at the barn or when working with our greenhouses. Will this help boost those signals?

A: It defiantly can, it sounds like you need to boost signal in multiple areas, so you might need a kit with multiple inside antennas.
