1. Before purchase, please double check the signal frequency of your present service. You can consult your signal carrier or local electrician about this. Booster could only work on exactly same frequency signal.
2. You should have at least one bar signal outside, boosters can not work if there is totally no signal.
3. Outdoor antenna should be installed 2 meters higher of your roof or put it on a high open place, so it can get better reception.
4. Outdoor and indoor antenna should be well seperated by wall to avoid interferrence, putting them as far as more than 10 meters.
5. The machine would get hot if it works for you. If it does not get hot, contact us.
